“Speakers of the oral presentations are required to attend the “author’s breakfast meeting”.
All authors are required to submit their presentation material and short biography to the on-line system (http://www.geni-pco.com/icpe2011/default.php) for session chairs to introduce presenter’s information to audience at the beginning of the presentation. Furthermore, please kindly notify us if the speaker is different from the original author, via E-mail (icpe2011@icpe2011.org). |

Each oral presentation is limited to 25 minutes including 5 minutes discussion time. |
|
The session room will be equipped with a laptop with an LCD projector. Presenters can use their own laptop or load their presentation material on site using USB memory sticks before the session begins. |

All posters remaining after the session is over will be discarded. Thus, authors are required to take away their own posted papers. |

The size of each poster panel is 0.9m in width
and 1.5m in height. |

Each paper’s code will be shown on the board. |

Tacks and Push-Pins will be provided for
your use. |

Use of double-sided tape is prohibited. |

All presenters are required to preside at
their poster panel during the session
for
anticipateddiscussion with participants. |
