•	A final manuscript can be uploaded into on-line system after one of the authors registration has been completed first.

•	One regular registration must be completed for maximum two accepted papers regardless of the authors status including student or retired.

One regular registration authorizes to submit two full papers.

e.g.) If the author, Prof. Smith (IEEE_PELS Member), has two accepted papers, the registration
fee to be paid will be:

@ KRW 700,000 X 1 person (for Prof. Smith, His registration covers two papers.)

One regular registration and one student registration are required.

e.g.) If the author, Prof. Smith and his student (all IEEE_PELS Members) have two accepted
papers, the registration to be paid will be:

@ KRW 700,000 X 1 person (for Prof. Smith, His registration covers two papers.)
+ KRW 350,000 X 1 person (for his student)

Two Regular Registrations are required.

e.g.) If the author, Prof. Smith (IEEE_PELS Member), is an only attendee from three accepted
papers, the registration fee to be paid will be:

@ KRW 700,000 X 2 persons (for Prof. Smith, one registrations covers two papers, P_A,
P_B and another registration covers P_C.)

Two regular registrations and one student registration are required.

e.g.) If the author, Prof. Smith and his two students (all IEEE_PELS Members) have three
accepted papers, the total registration fee to be paid will be:

@ KRW 700,000 X 2 persons (for Prof. Smith and one of his students, Prof. Smiths
registration covers two papers and one students registration covers one paper.)
+ @KRW 350,000 X 1 person (for another student)

	- Requests to change conference registration must be made in writing and to be emailed to the
	secretariat.
	- For cancellations, the written request of cancellation should be sent to the conference
	secretariat till April 8, 2011.
	- The refund deducted administration charge of KRW 100,000 will be made after the conference.
