In order to reserve the most comfortable stay while attending the ICPE2011-ECCE Asia, we provide a hassle-free procedure in making a reservation for your accommodation.
Please take the following steps to make your hotel reservation.

Log in with your ID and PW.

Complete the reservation form.
After filling out the hotel reservation form online, please print out the Reservation Completed page, then send it to the ICPE 2011-ECCE Asia Secretariat by fax (+82-42-472-7459) with your credit card information to guarantee the reservation.
You will receive the confirmation letter from the ICPE 2011-ECCE Asia Secretariat including your reservation number and the other specific information by E-mail. If you dont receive the confirmation letter within a week after your hotel reservation, please contact us on hotel@icpe2011.org or +82-42-472-4760.
